Membrane Filter Plate for High Pressure

Description

Membrane filter plate is designed based on the chamber recessed filter plate and it will be used together with recessed chamber filter plates. On the membrane filter press, membrane filter plates and recessed chamber filter plates will be put next to each other.

Each membrane filter plate will have two sides welded or embedded rubber/PP membrane sheet. Inside the membrane filter plate, there will be hollow chambers which can be expanded by membrane squeezing media. Normally, the squeezing media is compressed air or squeezing water.

On the membrane filter plate, there is a feeding hole which normally on the central position. On the four corners can open 4 holes according to different demand for the closed filtrate discharge and the cake washing.

For the sizes of the membrane squeezing filter plate, now we having 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm, 1250x1250mm, 1500x1500mm, 2000x2000mm.
